Actually, a lot of them could be no color at all! If they are true neutral in their moral alignment, there's a high chance they'll just show up as nothing.
If they actively stick their neck out for freedom etc., they could possibly show up as blue.
And white is when they've got some information for him, or are even just his eavesdropping target lmfaooo (and yes, benches. It's canon.)
