As long as she's not a guard belonging to the country he's infiltrating (e.g. The Country), she won't show as red. He's got no beef with her Imperial dude, because he hasn't met him.
She would only show white if she already had info to give him specifically. If she generally fights in favor of free will of the people, she may even show as blue.
